Fort Rucker Reunion 2010

The reunion at Ft Rucker, AL will take place on 14-16 Mat 2010. Registration for the reunion is available online at: www.shieldofthemekong.com.  Also see the comments from the Chairman's Corner in the October 2009 Tiger Gazette. A flyer will be mailed in late January to all folks we have an address for and will include all available information we have on the reunion. Please sign up as soon as possible so as to aid the people planning and running this operation. Thanks.

The web site menu is broken down into three sections:registration, agenda, and list of signups. In addition to the information in the agenda which includes registration cost and where to send the check and hotel for the Tigers please know the following:
1. Make the check out to Stan Gause(his address is on the site).
2. Make your room reservation using the local phone number (334)794-8711. Do not use the 1-800 as they don't know about our arrangements. The room cost is listed in the agenda portion and is also good for the day before and day after the reunion.
3. The Friday night affair is $20.00 per person. Please pay at the door and cash is preferred.
4. The speaker for Saturday night is TBA and the dinner will probably be back at the Museum though that is not set in stone as yet.
5. The dates shown in the registration section of the web site are not correct at this time but will be corrected near term. The correct dates are listed in the agenda section.
A flyer with more information will be forwarded by snail mail after the first of the year when more details have been resolved. You will receive that flyer only if we have a current postal address for you. We can't provide info to you if we don't know where you are.
The conversations I've had with the Tigers indicate a large turnout for this one. Please sign up ASAP as this helps the reunion committee with the planning.
